Powerful 10 HP high torque spindle motor.
Turret indexing is fast accomplished in only 0.35 seconds for the adjacent tool selection, and in 1.2 seconds for the farthest tool selection.

Precision ball screws on X.Z - axis.
Bed-ways are fitted with linear motion guide, giving smooth traverse and high linear accuracy. The bed-ways are protected by steel teles
colic guards, featuring corrosion resistance to coolant.
High quality casting irons on bed, saddle, stress relieved,
hardened, and precision ground for maximumigldity and stability.
8-station turret is standary. It features bi-directional tool selection and fast indexing.
Chuck is conveniently controlled by a foot switch.
Each lathe comes standard with a 3-jaw hydraulic hollow chuck or collet chuck for choice

When requested, a 8-station turret is available
which allowing for mounting I.D and O.D tool for
turning intricate parts. Tool holders are conveniently and
fast changed. The turret features the shortest route random tool
selection, and bi-directional tool indexing.
Cartridge type spindle
This cartridge type spindle is conveniently removed, providing maximum convenience of service.
The spindle is manufactured from Chrome Molybdenum alloy steel, hardened and precision ground.
It employs high precision angular contact ball bearing giving high axial thrust capability and superior radial stability, making it deal for high precision turning operations.
PC Based-900T Control & 8.4" TFT
The user friendly PC based controller provides human machine interfacing for maximum operation convenience. Easy to learn an operate.
