Powerful 5 HP high torque spindle motor.
Turret indexing is fast accomplished in only 0.35 seconds for the adjacent tool selection, and in 1.2 seconds for the farthest tool selection.
25 degrees slant saddle.
Precision ball screws on X,Z-axis.
Bed-ways are fitted with linear motion guide.
High quality casting irons on bed, saddle.
8-station turret is optional. It features bi-directional tool selection and fast indexing. Chuck is conveniently controlled by a foot switch.
Each lathe comes standard with a 3-jaw hydraulic hollow chuck or collet chuck for choice.
3-Jaw Hydraulic Hollow Chuck
Each CNC lathe is standard equipped with a 3-jaw hydraulic hollow chuck. It gives extremely secure chucking force.
Hydraulic power system
The powerful hydraulic power system delivers high pressure to turret, 3-jaw chuck. A safety device is built in the hydraulic system to avoid chuck opening in the event of power failure. Hydraulic oil cooled to maintain a constant temperature.
High precision feed
The X, Z-axis are driven by AC servo motor, whcih is directly connected to the precision ball screw for high accuracy feed.
Slant saddle
The slant saddle design not only enhances maximun stability while in performing heavy duty cutting, but also provides convenient chips disposal.
High precision spindle
The spindle is precision manufactured from Nickel Chrome Molybdenum alloy steel, hardened and precision ground. It runs on high precision P4 class angular contact ball bearings, giving maximum rigidity, high precision and minimum heat generation. |
